[Music] You ever heard somebody say they picked a tech stack because it was on distribution? It's why LLMs are so good at Rails. Now, let me explain. I was reading this article by the pragmatic engineer and as part of building cloud code, they wanted to choose a stack that was on distribution. On distribution just means that the AI has seen something a million times. And one of the beauties of Rails is because it's convention over configuration, the Rails community has been doing things the same way for 20 years. Where do you put your models? Where do you put your controllers? How do you interact with the OM? People like to follow those conventions because it makes it so much easier to onboard. And it's the same reason why LLMs are so good at Rails. The moral of the story is conventions are great not just for onboarding your own team but also for your AI pair.
