## Transcript

Stripe and OpenAI released their new uh agentic commerce protocol that enable buying stuff through chatpt and you click on the buy button, it will collect your payment details and then pass those on to the merchant. So whether you're buying from a Shopify store or an Etsy store, um there's like this new secure payment token that will be passed down to the store. Uh there's a company called Rye that has been doing this already. They work a little bit differently. What I really want to see is a way that uh any e-commerce store can register themselves as a platform that wants to accept agentic commerce because right now if you want to sell something through your e-commerce store and let that be surfaced to chatbt you have to be like approved or part of the network
